Which data

We need the following information when you shop with us:

  • Name

  • Address and delivery address

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

Purpose of collecting personal data

We register and disclose your personal data in order to deliver the goods to you. The above information is passed on to the carrier who will finalise the order.

Who has access to your personal data

The personal data is registered with KRONE and stored in accordance with the "Act on Processing of Personal Data".

KRONE does not disclose your personal information to third parties without active consent.

Storage and deletion of personal data

KRONE stores your personal data in the following manner:

Marketing

After unsubscribing from receiving marketing material, you will stop receiving newsletters from KRONE with immediate effect. Your data will be deleted no later than 180 days after your last physical, telephone or digital contact with KRONE.

Sales enquiry without an offer

If your enquiry to receive sales material has not yet resulted in a purchase, your data will be stored for up to 180 days after your last physical, telephone or digital contact with KRONE.

Sales enquiry with an offer

If your enquiry about receiving sales material has not yet resulted in a purchase, your data will be stored for up to 730 days after your last physical, telephone or digital contact with KRONE.

Buying customer

If your enquiry results in a purchase, your data will be stored for the warranty period of the purchased products.

Service/After-sales

Inquiries sent to KRONE's service team will be stored for up to 730 days after your enquiry has been resolved.

Job applicants

Applications submitted to KRONE via job@krone.as, sent to KRONE's email address or delivered by physical contact in the company will be stored for up to 180 days.

Other enquiries

If you contact KRONE, the personal data you have given us will be stored for up to 90 days after your enquiry.

Contact and complaints regarding personal data

You have the right to contact us and find out what personal data we have registered. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can, in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act, have the information changed or deleted by contacting us at info@krone.as.

You have the right to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. Complaints must be filed with the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. section 58(1) of the Personal Data Act.

As registered with KRONE, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. Inquiries in this connection should be sent to info@krone.as.
