As a modern company, we have a great social responsibility, a responsibility that we take seriously and gladly accept. A responsibility to our employees, customers, stakeholders, the neighbourhood and society, and we want to run our business in a proper and decent way. This means that we always go the extra mile. And we are proud of the work we do - just as we want our employees to feel proud to be part of KRONE.

Our goal is to operate a responsible production of doors, windows and fire doors. This is why we endeavour to use sustainable materials and work with subcontractors that support our goal.

At KRONE, we always put the customer at the centre. We understand our customers' needs and wishes, and we work on the basis of giving our customers as much freedom and flexibility as possible. And we ask how we can create the best framework for our customers.

Business with care

As a Danish window manufacturer, we are naturally also very conscious of our responsibility towards people, the environment and society, and for several years, climate and environmental considerations have characterised both our products and our production processes.

We take responsibility and have a mission to minimise the negative environmental impact across our production departments and for our company as a whole.

A secure voice for everyone

Openness and trust are the foundation of our company culture. That's why we have a whistleblower programme that allows employees and business partners to share concerns anonymously and safely. All reports are handled confidentially and with full respect for the individual. This ensures that irregularities can be addressed early and professionally - for the benefit of employees, customers and business partners alike.

Responsible partnerships

We place the same demands on our suppliers as we do on ourselves. Our co-operation is based on responsibility, ethics and mutual respect. All suppliers must comply with our Code of Conduct, which covers environmental considerations, labour conditions and business ethics, among other things. In this way, we ensure that the entire value chain delivers in line with our values. If a supplier cannot fulfil the requirements, we choose an alternative partner - because quality and responsibility are never compromised.

Respect for people - always

We actively oppose all forms of discrimination, forced labour and unfair treatment. At Krone, we work to ensure that human rights are respected throughout our value chain. We are committed to protecting employees from physical and psychological threats, including discrimination, bullying and harassment. We follow national laws and international agreements on social security - and demand that our business partners do the same. In this way, we contribute to a work environment and society built on dignity and respect.
