With the desire to showcase the products to potential customers, KRONE opens a new large showroom in Horsens and Rødovre.

DOVISTA's acquisition of KRONE is now complete. KRONE continues to be a distinct brand with its own production at two factories in North Jutland, and the acquisition gives KRONE better opportunities to further strengthen its market position through a new broad network, extensive know-how and a solid financial foundation. SA Concept and KRONE Concept are merged and going forward Krone Windows will be marketed under the name KRONE. KRONE still has full focus on the professional market and focuses on developing customised windows for every project.

Krone Vinduer acquires P.T. Vinduer's production facilities and employees. This gives access to a modern production facility and new employees with many years of experience from the window industry. Krone Vinduer now has 2 production facilities in North Jutland.

Krone Vinduer is acquired by DOVISTA, which already owns a number of other window manufacturers. The acquisition is a gradual takeover until 2023 and means that Krone Vinduer now has access to a broad network with extensive know-how and the opportunity to invest further in the development of customised quality windows.

Krone Vinduer acquires window company SA Vinduer.

The window and door production department is taken over by a number of key employees, most of whom continue to work for the company.

The company changes its name to Krone Vinduer.

The company is established by the founder of the HP Group, Henning Pedersen, and production of windows and doors is started in Harken.
