Oak windows –
Natural strength and

KRONE Eg are oak windows of the very highest quality. KRONE Eg is also a sustainable solution, as we are fully committed to utilising all the timber from the forest, even the shorter pieces. In this way, we ensure maximum utilisation of the timber whilst significantly reducing the amount of waste wood.

Before the windows leave our factory, we apply a base coat of clear oil to the timber to protect it against mould.

Please note, however, that oak elements must be treated 1–2 times immediately after installation. This is partly to ensure the windows’ lustre and longevity, but also to maintain the warranty.
