Satisfied customers are the most important thing for all KRONE employees, and we work hard to produce and deliver faultless products. Unfortunately, errors can still occur during production or en route to the recipient, resulting in a complaint.

Submitting a complaint

To submit a complaint, please fill out the complaint form below. The enquiry must always include the order number and position number of the KRONE elements in question.

Please remember that damaged elements must never be installed before the complaint has been submitted and KRONE has authorised installation.

Please note - if you are a private homeowner, please contact the carpenter or carpentry shop where you purchased your windows directly, after which they will contact us to plan the further process.
